4 rounds for time of:

200 m Run
20 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls
10 Toes-to-Bars
20 Double Unders
20 Goblet Squats
10 Pull-ups
Scale weight as needed
1st and last round are done together
2nd and 3rd rounds exercises are alternated
